Presentation

Inntek represents an electronic sector, composed exclusively of SMEs. (small and medium enterprises) that define and apply a growth strategy based on the development of a portfolio of technological products, in a highly competitive environment.
The company can manufacture and market a portfolio of five products. The economic model is based on the principle of conformity of a company’s morphology with the morphology of its products.
The morphology is defined as the identity of the company’s brand, which can be broken down into six dimensions:
Research / Management / Marketing / Production / Distribution / International

Decisions

The company will make nearly sixty decisions dictated by strategic imperatives and by the concern to have a morphology in accordance with the products it intends to market. These decisions relate to research ( international seminars, researchers, R&D expenses, etc.), marketing (advertising, technical assistance, patents, vendors, training, remuneration, international promotion, etc.), production (quantity produced, raw material suppliers, choice of cost structure, etc.), human resources (hiring, training, promotion, etc.), finance (bank loan, research loan, dividend, capital increase, etc.).
The Inntek simulation is adapted to Master and MBA levels.

i.e. 28 decisions per period.
